What makeup should i use........... plzz help?

So basically i have baby blue eyes and my face is pretty tan n yes i fake tan but idc.. anywayz what makeup can i use to make them stand out and how can i make the ';smoky';?What makeup should i use........... plzz help?
Apply one shade to the whole lid, up to the soct line and blend in a semi-circular action into the socket with a brush or your finger. Blend out in the outside corners of the socket use a thin brush to sweep a line of darker shadow under the lower lash line. Use a kohl pencil eyeliner to draw a line round the whole eye and the inside rim. Finnish the look with some mascara.
