Well if u want u can do what they called flawless complexion these days, if your skin is pretty clear you dont need to use foundation for full coverage, just use concealer (creme, stick, liquid depending on ur skin type) and dot it on to spots (acne, freckles) to do this, choose concealer color that matches ur skin color, to brighten ur dark circles/ under eyes, u have to use lighter shade of concealer that the 1st one u use on ur face, just dot little amount and blend it well so that ur eyes dont look puffy.

After that u just have to dust some loose powder to absorb the oil and set the concealer. Do ur brows by using clear mascara or tinted brow gel after u trimmed it. if you like u can use some bronzer using a big brush all over ur face, or just blush on on the apple of ur cheek to get a fresh look.

For the eyes, since u have black eyes, u can pop them up with gold and silver eyeshadow (so hot in runway looks now), apply the silver one on ur upper eyelid or the gold and or vice versa. Curl ur eyelashes and put ur best mascara on (i suggest Maybelline turboboost waterproof)

And for the lips, since u already have a heavy gold eye make up some lipgloss or sheer lipcolor would be enough (nude, pinkish shades are great)

Have a nice party =)Ugh=/. can anyone help mee with makeup colors !!?
Use a bit of shimmery gold eyeshadow! It would look great with your complexion. Also some green would be nice!
I would suggest red lipstick because it will make your face pop because of its contarst with your black hair and fair skin. You should wear black eyeliner to make your eyes stand out as well. If your skin is clear, I'd suggest no foundation (or concealer). If you wear eyeliner and your eyes are dark you probably won't need any eyeshadow. Good luck!
warm colors, like purples (i'd advise only for the eyeshadow, though), reds, and golds/browns.

hope it helped!

also, you could try one of those makeup things (cant remember which company it is... maybelline? idk) that's supposed to intensify your eye color or whatever. though personally, i have blue eyes, and the blue eyeshadow toned down my eyes, in my opinion. ugh. frustration. i stick to greys.

**** How to Wear Metallic Makeup

All of the major cosmetic lines seem to be sporting their own metallic hues in makeup, and new metal colors are scheduled to be released this fall. While you may think that these color palettes look gorgeous hanging on the racks, it can be more than a little intimidating to figure out how to get them to look great on your face. All it takes is a little know-how and a bit of practice to wear those glam shades beautifully.

The choices in metallic makeup colors range from cool shades of silver to the warmer tones of gold and copper. The most common way to sport these shades is on your eyes, but there are also techniques to bring a hint of glimmer to other features as well. The first step in wearing these metallic makeups well may be in determining which wardrobe choices they will accentuate the best. While you may be inclined to grab the silver shadow when you don your silver sparkle evening gown, sometimes the best choice is to add a shimmery highlight to your eyes when you are wearing your neutral or dark colors in your clothing. Think accents instead of main event when it comes to wearing the metallics well.

Where and How to Apply Metallic Makeup

This system can also be used when it comes to dressing up your eyes with shimmer. If you opt to sweep a metallic shade across your lid for a dramatic effect, it is best to ground your shadow with a black eyeliner and mascara. You can also use a touch of metallic makeup to add a hint of glimmer, like a bit of copper in your lid crease to dazzle up your neutral peach shadow. Another great technique is to use eyeliner with a metallic tint to it to glam up a matte blue, green or grey shadow palette. When using shimmer eyeliner, your best effect will come by lining your upper lid, although the lower lid can get in on the action as well. You can also select from shadows that contain just a hint of the metallic shine, or a totally shimmering choice that is all about the gold or silver sheen that you are wanting to flaunt.

Metallic makeup tends to work best for evening wear, when shine and sparkle are the buzzwords of style. Younger faces are usually able to get away with a dramatic splash of a metallic color, while more mature women might prefer to go with the accent approach using just a bit of shadow or eyeliner to highlight. Another way to add the sparkle is to brush a bit of metallic powder across the top of the shoulder or collarbone. This is a great addition to a strapless or sleeveless evening gown or cocktail dress that will add a hint of shimmer when the light catches just right. Glam looks are all about sparkle, and the metallic makeups today are guaranteed to deliver. Shine on.
I think u should try some brown eyeshadow... it would look good on u...if u wanted a fun color...i would try a green...i hope this helps!!!
Smoky eyes have been a big style for quite awhile and there's no sign this particular trend is dying. Here we show you step-by-step instructions on how to get the perfect smoky eye.

The key to the perfect smoky eye is proper blending. You want to make sure colors are blended together flawlessly. Also, it's important to pair light base colors with rich dark colors. Nice mixes include: Soft gold base with deep purple on top, champagne base with bright blue and peach base with green hue.

Difficulty: Easy

Time Required: 5 minutes

Here's How:

Prep the lid. The key to keeping eyeshadow from melting into your eyelid crease as the day goes on is to kept eyelids oil-free. To do this start with an eyeshadow base (also called ';primer';). I prefer to dab at bit of MAC's 'paint' on lids before shadow application. Or try Fresh Freshface Perfecting Eye Primer.

Apply eyeliner. If you're going for a typical black, brown or gray smoky eye, apply liner in one of those colors above the upper lash line, drawing line thicker in the middle of eye. If your opting for a jewel-toned eye (violet makes a gorgeous smoky eye), line eyes with a purple, blue or deep green liner.

Blend in color on bottom lashes For color on the bottom (a key smoky eye look) you'll want a lighter eyeliner. The key is to ';smudge it.'; You can also apply a bit of shadow to get full smudge effect.

Apply light base color Again, the key to a smoky eye is pairing a lighter base with the darker hue. I prefer a nice cream shade for my base. Sweep a light, shimmery shadow over the lids to your browbone. I love Stila's whipped eye shadows $20. The moist ';mousse'; consistency seems to stay on forever. My favorite colors are taupe and pearl.

Blend in darker color, but keep dark color below the crease. Now that you have the base and eyeliner on, it's time to get the smoky effect. You need a darker eyeshadow shade. Using an eyeshadow brush blend in color starting at your lash line, blending up. Make sure to blend color into the lash line so the eye liner disappears. Stop deep color at crease.

Doublecheck your work Make sure eyes match and blend color with a Q-tip if need be.

Finish with several coats of volumizing mascara. Tried and true mascaras (featured in ';Elle'; magazine's March 2006 issue) include DiorShow Mascara %26amp; L'Oreal Paris Volume Shocking Mascara. Elle's writer says they are the best volumizers she's tried.

Tips:

Remember to keep lips nude. When applying strong makeup (like smoky eyes or red lips) put the focus on either eyes or lips, never both. (Think Angelina Jolie: She either plays up her huge eyes or her huge lips, never both. If she did, she'd look like a clown).

For a bit of fun, try a blue or purple mascara. It will make blue eyes ';pop.';

Liner doesn't have to come in pencil form. Makeup experts know eyeshadows make some of the best eyeliners. To do this take an eyeliner brush (available at Sephora, MAC or any dept store), wet it, then dab wet brush into the dark shadow. This allows for a deep, precise line. You can also use the dark shadows without wetting brush first. Either way, eyeliner is necessary for smoky eye.

This season go jewel-toned (blue is great for you blue-eyed girls) and keep your eyes smoky but stay away from dark browns and black. Instead, go for a deep purple, a gold-brown or any of the many vibrant colors in this year.

What You Need:

Eye primer (you don't need it, but it's great for keeping shadow in place)

2 Shadows: One light, one darker

Eyeliner

Makeup brushes

Mascara
