Try using lip glosses and a light, shimmery shade of eye shadow. Try not to put too much on. When you become older, you can start using darker shades and applying more. Don't worry, time moves really fast. Before you realize it, you'll turn 15. My advice to you is to opt for a more natural appearance. Make up is designed only to enhances your natural beauty; therefore, you really don't need to apply too much make up:-)
Just wear a clear mascara and some lipgloss.
That should be okay shouldn't it?
