OK you want something that looks natural, but looks like a million dollars. Use a dark liner %26amp; put it on the UPPER water line %26amp; a thin line above next to the lashes.NO one will know that's eyeliner %26amp; your lashes will look much fuller.
then use it below your bottom lashes in a very fine line- perfect even. then use your mascara, only dob the tip %26amp; get the extra off of it, then use it on the eyes. do it quickly not to get it on too fast %26amp; It dry not exactly how you wanted them to ( If you do make a mistake, use a hard brush like a tooth brush - yes mdels have used them for years ) %26amp; do it. Point your lashes away from your face, it always compliments your eyes.Help Me wit Makeup??
You could wear a little eyeliner as you love it so much and some mascara to accentuate your eyes and bring attention to them.
To give your skin a healthy glow, you could use bronzer or blush. This will make your skin look smooth and healthy.
That's all if you want a natural look, just a dab of lipgloss and you're done!

I'm very light skinned too (asian). I always wear the lightest shade foundation, powder, etc.
what kind of look are you going for? day, night? natural, glam? and tell me about yourself, i.e. skin color eye color...etc. these things are all factors that makeup artists take into consideration when doing someones makeup.
well. its kinda hard. but put a pretty colour eyeshadow on. then obviously mascara nd eyliner. but keep everything else fairly neutral so you eyes stand out a mile. in a good way lol
