eyeliner and foundation are the hardest for me and i end up looking like a clown

ok, I am no genius at make up either, but here is my advice:
Don't wear foundation unless you have to because it can come out looking odd.
Use eyeliner that isn't black (like browns, blues, purples) it looks the same but lighter and more natural.
Only put eyeliner on the bottom lid right above the eyelash line
Evenly put on mascarra to then even out the look of the eyeliner.

try matching your shade color right something good is covergirl or clinique they both work well try foundatin and then powder so it lasts and just try black eyeliner and a very cool shades of eye makeup and a light lip gloss its realnatrual and you want look like a clown!
