I need help with eye makeup?

What do I do to get makeup like hers? I have brown eyes just like hers but I can't seem to do the makeup, also would it look good with me since I have dark blonde hair? Sorry if the pic scares you it did me too lol.

Components:

-Eyeliner

Top of eye: You might need to use liquid eyeliner, but don't fear. Practice a couple of times, and even if you mess up a little, use a damp Q-tip cotton swab and just wipe the mess up so that it becomes nice, smooth, and even. Get as close to the eye lash as possible. Make sure it's a thin line, not thick. At the end of the eye (outside, side not close to the nose) bring out the eyeliner just a little curve (like a tip).

*You can use pencil eyeliner if you absolutely prefer it.

Bottom of eye:

I use a pencil eyeliner for the bottom. Go across the entire bottom of the eyelid, but don't run it too dark. Make it lighter at the part of the eye close to the nose and darker at the outside end. Run it out to meet the the little curve tip of the upper eyeliner.

Eye shadow:

Use a couple of shades of this shiny brown, greyish eye shadow. Use an eye shadow brush, not the little things that come with the eye shadow. You want to add dimension to the eye. If your eye bones are deep, it isn't much of a problem. Anyway, use a darker shadow shade to brush the eye's deep part, that crease between the eyeball and brow bone. Exaggerate the part of the crease at the ends (outsides) of the eyes away from the nose once again. Blend the shadow in toward the eyelash, not out toward the eyebrow. Use a lighter color, though not skin light, to fill in.

Mascara:

Make sure it's black, but I'm sure you know how to put that on. Just make sure it's a good couple of layers and doesn't clump.

Eyelash curler:

Must use!

Also wear foundation.

I hope this helps and that I haven't been so detailed that it's confusing.

*It also helps to watch the makeover shows that show you visually instead of in writing, if you're interested.I need help with eye makeup?
To pull of this look you need:

Dark brown eyebrow pencil

Black mascara

Black eyeliner

White, grey, and black eyeshadow

Fake lashes (optional, but the model in your pic is wearing them)

1. First, brush eyebrow w/ a clean mascara wand. Use the eyebrow pencil to darken your eyebrows. Then, use the clean mascara wand to blend the color into your eyebrows.

2. Swipe the white eyeshadow from lid to brow bone. Then apply the grey shadow to your eyelids only. Apply more in the corners of your eyes like in the pic. Then, use the black shadow to blend into the crease of your eyes. If you use an angled eyeshadow brush it'll help you create the winged look of the eyeshadow.

3. Apply black eyeliner to the top and bottom of lids.

4. Swipe on tons of layers of black mascara for a dramatic feel.

You may want to practice first. Good Luck.

ok go to walgreens and buy a 4 color palette from maybelline. make sure you have a black, charcoal, silvery kinda color, and a white in the 4 color palette. swipe the darkish silvery color over the eyelid, then use the charcoal in the crease, then use the white on your browbone, then take the black and use it on the outside crease.

OR

take the black and swipe it across your lid, then take the charcoal and use in the crease, swipe the white on your brow bone, and use the silvery color near the bottom lash line to accent the eyes and make them pop and also use the silver color in the inside corners of your eyes

i actually prefer the second one, but the first one is how they tell you to do it. but the second looks better. remember, for a smokey eye you need to blend well and smudge, make sure it all looks gradient instead of blocked colors. hope this helped.
Line the top lid close to the lashline and the bottom lid on the inner part and at the lashline and smudge the bottom line. You probably also need fake lashes at the corners, then curl and use mascara. If you are a blonde, I'd do with a dark brown or navy liner for your brown eyes.

OK, I looked again and she does have at least two shades of gray on her lids; what the other person said about buying the quad of shadow is spot-on. Make sure its a warmer gray because the cool grays can sometimes look blue and clownish.
It looks like she had a gray/silver eyeshadow on her eye above and below, do use a brush to sweep the shadow over your eyelid and a smaller brush to line on the bottom, just thinly, almost like a liner, bring it up to meet the top shadow at a point like in the picture.

Take liquid liner and put a thin line of it at the lash on the top, and a bit on the waterline of your lower lid.

Curl your eyelashes if you have to and then apply mascara on top and a bit on the bottom.
dont make it more difficult then it really is[:

its just eyeliner, that is wider on the outer sides, and thinner on the inside.

Try using a liquid eyeliner.

And curl your lashes, and use a black mascara.

Before curling your lashes, hold a blow dryer to the curler for about 10 seconds, it allows your lashes to curl better.

put a white eye shadow from your brow to the crease of your eye, and then a black from the outside of the lower to the middle, then blend it outwards.
hmmm i would say this tutorial:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6j4Avp7ttyU
eye liner, mascara, liquid eye liner, n blak/grey eye shadow, concealer
i would say a very thick mascara with a dark eyeliner on top and bottom. also, a gray green eye shadow brushed on! hope this helps!
