right now, a THIN line of a blue or green eye liner on the top looks just fine on a girl. but i think that 7th grade is too young to start with the colors.
just for now do a natural shimmery brown. and brand will work, just dont go for too cheap of stuff because it doesnt look as good. i like Ulta brands or fresh minerals brand.
but now and again you can doll yourself up with a little colorful eye liner.

mascara-http://sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P202945%26amp;categoryId=C10463 (stila major major lash mascara) this mascara is the best one i've ever used. it's the pretty little package with a bow on top(: it gives you lengthing, volumized, %26amp; curled lashes. it doesnt clump at all either and stays on for a long time. its also easy to remove with a good eye makeup remover.

depending on your eye color, purple or blue eyeliner could really look good.
i find that covergirl products are the best.
try covergirl lashblast mascara; it doesn't clump %26amp; stays on well.
i don't really wear blush so i can't help you with that :-/
kinda young dontcha think? maybe just a touch of mascara.. bc makeup will just make you look immature for trying to look older

Mascura, ---True lash mascura (brand I forgot)
